Аннотацiя:

The article deals with the analysis of copyright exceptions and limitations in the EU- Ukraine Association Agreement and the procedure for their application. The principles of the free use of works are analyzed; an explanation of how to separate the provisions of theAssociation Agreement that are directly applicable and not directly applicable is given. The limitations on the fixation right, broadcasting and communication to the public, dis- tribution right, reproduction right and exceptions related to computer programmes and databases are investigated. Conclusions on provisions of the Association Agreement whichshould be implemented into domestic law have been made.
